A Viable Alternative to those that can't afford timeshares-vacation

Why these days would anyone buy a timeshare? The Vacation Industry is a 7 billion dollar a year industry. With this booming industry has come increased competition for your travel dollars. Timeshare have been a boom for developers and condominium companies for years. The mark up and the ROI made by those selling these properties is ridiculous. Of course that is passed down to you the consumer. You are forced to deal with high pressure tactics to purchase properties that are horribly marked up and then that depreciate wildly right after you buy it. Worse than the depreciation that happens when you buy a car. A timeshare purchase these days is one of the DUMBEST moves you can make.

For those that want to travel in luxury and style but don't want to fork over the $10k-30k+ for a timeshare, plus fork over the yearly maintenance fees, there is an EXTREMELY VIABLE alternative. Buying a lifetime timeshare membership from a well know timeshare company is the way to go. Here in the United States companies like Global Resorts Network have partnered up with well known timeshare developers to offer the customers a membership that allows them to stay at 4 and 5 Star Resorts at 70-90% off retail prices found on Expeida, Hotwire, or Priceline. These membership are amazing and will soon overtake timeshare sales.

These membership are sold in Europe and Asia for $10,000+. Here now in the United States they are offered for only $2995. It allows you to travel when you want and where you want. The cost of a stay for a week is never more than $699. Most stays at 4 and 5 star resorts are $299 per week. You will have a customer service that will find you the places you want to stay in high demand seasons. You get actual value with products like these opposed to buying your typical timeshare where you get nothing but headaches.

These memberships like Global Resorts Network also give distributors or resellers the perfect opportunity to cash in on the lucrative compensation plan attached to it. Timeshare agents who have huge lists of people that can't afford the $10k-30k+ for a typical timeshare are making millions of dollars selling these memberships from Global Resorts Network to these people. Many people use marketing tool such as the Reverse Funnel System or Team AFL or GRN Team Builder to help them make sales. Long gone are the days of hyped up hotel meeting and seminars. Here are the days of giving the timeshare buyer options and giving them VALUE.

Tips-Tips for a Perfect Holiday

Wanna get away from that hectic schedule of yours and spend some time with your family? People often dream of a perfect holiday with white sands, blue beaches, palm trees and so on. But traveling or sometimes even planning a trip can be more of a stress. So many things have to be considered before planning for that perfect holiday - accommodation, places to visit, What to buy?, etc. Here are some tips to make your holiday a memorable one.

Set a Budget: Before chalking out a plan for the holiday, the most important thing is to set a budget. It helps you to plan and enjoy the trip within your limits. Always estimate a little more than what you might need.Plan Ahead: The first thing you need to do is to be sure of what you need from this trip. Do you want to experience the local culture or just have fun on those sandy beaches? Do you wanna mingle with the locals or fade away from busy people and the world? Strategize your trip according to your needs and likes.

Read Up Before you Go: Prepare yourself before plunging into an unknown holiday destination. Buy a good guidebook and read up on the culture, history, local attractions of the destination. You can read the local publications on-line or surf the net for more information. The more you know, the better you can enjoy or appreciate the place and their traditions.

Pack Light and Right (Pack Only the Essential Things): Avoid carrying unnecessary things around. A heavy luggage may sometimes dampen your holiday spirit. Carry clothes that are comfortable and right for the season. As much as possible try to stuff everything you need in a single carry-on bag.

Always Reserve your Stay: It's always better to book your stay if possible because all you need is a good night's sleep after an exciting day.

Have Realistic Expectations: Unreasonable expectations can lead to unwanted stress, so enjoy the holiday by managing what you can with the time you have. Embrace each moment, whether good or bad.
Hope you find this article just before you plan your next holiday!
